Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them.

Psalms 127:3-5

Kids #3

What to Expect

Every Sunday morning, we provide a secure environment for kids from 0-11 years of age. We have a fun and peaceful nursery for the youngest ones, and engaging classes for older children to learn about Jesus and connect with other kids like them. Our well-trained teachers and security team ensure that our children always feel safe, and our child check-in program ensures that kids leave with the right person at the end of the service. If you’re visiting, stop by our child check-in team on your way in and they will gladly answer any questions you might have and direct you to the right place for your child.

On the way out, be sure to ask your child what they learned in class today! Our curriculum is designed to engage our kids through fun, relevant, hands-on activities that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. Our goal is to ensure that your children enjoy the crafts, stories, singing, and other activities in their class, all while developing a deeper relationship with God and others.

Investing in our future

We love kids! Freedom Kids exists to help children become passionate followers of Christ and to experience the Holy Spirit in powerful ways. Our kids church environments are tailored specifically towards engaging our children in fun and age-appropriate ways, with out watering down what it looks like to follow Christ. Our kids learn to pray, worship, share, and love God’s word each and every week.

Freedom Kids is also committed to partnering with families and supporting parents as the primary spiritual leaders in a child’s life. You can do this!

Dedicating Your Child

Several times a year, FLC gives parents the opportunity to dedicate their children to the Lord. This is something we see modeled in scripture as a parent’s declaration of commitment to raise their child in a “Christ-centered” way. Salvation and baptism are choices that your child will make for themselves when they’re old enough to make such a decision. Dedication is simply a parent’s choice to put Christ first in their child’s life and a public statement that, like Joshua said in Joshua 24:15, “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

If you are interested in dedicating your child, please fill out this form and we will contact you when our next dedication service is coming up.
